Qube Property Management System

Cowiesburn Property Management is upgrading its internal property management systems and will shortly be moving to a new platform called MRI QUBE.

The new system is scheduled to go live on 2nd February 2026 and is being introduced to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reliability across our property management processes. Extensive testing and data checks have been carried out to ensure a smooth and robust transition.

This change is primarily an internal system upgrade and is not expected to have a significant impact on tenants.

What Does This Mean for You?
  • There is no action required from you as part of this transition – we just ask that you use your new ‘Tenant Reference’ number (found on your invoice) when making payments to Cowiesburn.
  • Day-to-day property management arrangements will remain unchanged.
  • You may notice a change in the format or layout of invoices or correspondence issued after the new system goes live.
  • Payment methods, lease terms, and contact points will remain the same unless we advise you otherwise.

    No. You should continue to use your usual Cowiesburn contact details unless we advise you otherwise.
