Qube Property Management System
Cowiesburn is in the process of transitioning to a new property management platform, MRI QUBE, as part of an upgrade to our internal systems.
Following detailed configuration work, extensive data validation, and quality assurance testing, we are planning to launch the new system on 2nd February 2026, subject to final checks. This additional time has been taken to ensure the system is robust, reliable, and fit for the long term.
Initially, QUBE will be used internally by our team as we complete the transition and embed updated processes.
Our focus throughout this process remains on continuity of service and maintaining the high standards of property management you expect from Cowiesburn.

No. The transition is being handled internally by our team, and we are working to ensure it is seamless for all our clients. Should any changes require your input or attention in the future, we will communicate this well in advance. - How will my portfolio data be managed during the transition?
We are conducting a thorough and secure data migration process. All information from our current CAM system will be carefully transferred to QUBE, and we will perform extensive checks to ensure accuracy. Data security remains a top priority, and we are working with MRI’s specialists to maintain the highest standards. - Will there be any disruptions to the management of my properties?
