The safety and compliance of your property and the people that use it on a regular basis is key. We work closely with our sister-company and health and safety partners, Armour Risk Consulting, to ensure the safe management and maintenance of your building, protecting your asset and the people that use it.

To ensure the highest quality of service, we perform annual safety inspections and fire risk assessments on your property to identify and address any safety concerns and ensure that your property is compliant and up to standard. Inspection reports and fire risk assessments are reviewed monthly within the property team.

Armour provides a dedicated health and safety consultant who understand the property and its requirements, and act as the Competent Person for the property. This dedicated health and safety consultant will be available to guide you in the event of any encounters with enforcement authorities and will liaise with the appropriate authorities on your behalf.

Armour will also assist with completion of incident reports, incident investigations, and reporting to appropriate authorities, as and when required.
